Senior Engineer, Data Platforms

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Engineer for their Data Platforms team to help fulfill their multi-regional datastore strategy and establish communication models for data flow. This role involves working with a team of 6-8 mixed skill engineers on challenges related to building a cloud in a communicative, supportive, and high-performing environment. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with expertise in data platforms and stream processing. Key responsibilities include developing data applications, designing and implementing data delivery platforms, scaling relational data platforms, and improving the performance, security, and reliability of data systems. The role requires familiarity with distributed datastores, stream processing tools, Kubernetes, and Linux environments. CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $210,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, and various wellness programs. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the office at least three times a week for those within a 30-mile radius of their New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia offices.
