Senior SDE Engineer

We're seeking a Senior SDE Engineer to join our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and insurance, where you'll be instrumental in building and scaling our product from the ground up. The position requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, including Django/Flask/FastAPI, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean), Docker, and working with databases and queues. We value practical experience, looking for someone who has built and maintained projects with real users and started coding before college.

Important Note: This position requires a 7-day work week commitment, reflecting our intense startup environment. In return, we offer competitive compensation including both salary ($100K-$180K) and significant equity (0.10%-0.50%), along with the opportunity to work directly with experienced founders and shape the future of insurance technology.
