Responsibilities For Backend Java Developer
- Design and develop high-quality software applications using Spring Boot, Java 17, and related technologies
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews, following SOLID principles and best coding practices
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito
- Stay up to date with cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Manage containers and microservices using Docker
Requirements For Backend Java Developer
- English intermediate/advanced
- Guadalajara based
- 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot
- 3+ years of experience with Java 17
- 4+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing RESTful APIs
- In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in unit and integration testing
- Experience with containerization using Docker
