Responsibilities For Software Engineer 2
- Contribute to the core database platform with features, enhancements and customer facing initiatives
- Deliver tasks end to end, from requirements gathering to handover to QA, Support and Field teams
- Work closely with customer support team for customer success
- Fix bugs, implement improvements and provide workarounds to customer issues
- Take full ownership of tasks while ensuring timely delivery
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Write high-quality code adhering to open source coding standards
Requirements For Software Engineer 2
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming
- Good fundamental knowledge of OS, Networks and system programming
- Ability to work on critical customer cases
- Strong grasp of backend programming languages (C/C++, Python, Java, Golang)
- Knowledge of database internals, database platform and cloud platform
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering
