You'll need 5+ years of pre-sales experience and 2+ years in software development, along with proficiency in Arabic. Responsibilities For Solution Engineer
- Operate in a consultative process with customers to define challenges and map them to Couchbase Ecosystem
- Educate and become a trusted advisor while delivering value to prospects and customers
- Support technical discovery activities including workshops and demonstrations
- Work with sales team on account strategy and managing PoC/Pilots
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering for customer feedback
- Identify and write technical collateral and best practices
Requirements For Solution Engineer
- 5+ years in Pre-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting Role
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient/Native Arabic language skills
- Programming skills in Java, Python, Javascript, .NET, C, or SQL
- Experience with major cloud services providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in designing solutions on major database platforms
