Responsibilities For Software Engineer II, Data

  • Support AI implementations for customer chatbot operations and insurance workflows
  • Develop and deploy scalable APIs using Django and FastAPI with Rest and GraphQL
  • Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
  • Improve CI/CD tooling processes
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Write and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For Software Engineer II, Data

  • Minimum 3 years of professional Python backend development experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs
  • Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude APIs
  • Experience in prompt tweaking for AI models

  • Basic practical experience with frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
