Senior Engineer, Android

Credit Genie is a fintech company focused on empowering users to take control of their finances through cash advances and financial insights. We're seeking a Senior Android Engineer to lead the architecture of our mobile apps for the next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to re-architect our product as we transition from React Native to Android Native technologies.

The role offers a competitive base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000, along with comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, 401k matching, and equity options. Based in either Philadelphia area or NYC, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in office.

As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll take ownership of key components of our mobile app, working closely with cross-functional teams to scale and evolve our platform that serves millions of users. You'll be instrumental in defining compelling UX, writing clean code, and implementing best practices in mobile development.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with large-scale applications (1M+ users), proficiency in Java or Kotlin, and deep understanding of mobile app UX best practices. You'll work in a highly iterative environment, collaborating directly with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
