Senior Staff AI Engineer

With a track record of empowering over 1 Million customers, we're seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. Based in our new NYC office with a hybrid work model, this role combines technical leadership with hands-on AI development.

As our AI Tech Lead, you'll be at the forefront of implementing AI solutions that create real value for our customers. You'll collaborate with leadership to shape our AI strategy, lead a growing team of AI Engineers, and bridge the gap between innovative concepts and production-ready systems. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure our AI initiatives align with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings either a PhD with 4+ years of experience or a Master's with 8+ years of experience in building ML/AI systems. Your technical toolkit should include Python, modern ML frameworks, and cloud development expertise.
