Backend Software Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Product Technology team, where we scale our business, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with in-house developed technology, utilizing various programming languages to solve real-world problems.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python or Golang, with strong experience in both relational and non-relational databases, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native development. You'll be responsible for developing maintainable solutions, ensuring alignment with Information Security strategies, and contributing to the team's technical evolution.

We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-person attendance at our São Paulo office (Berrini region) quarterly for four consecutive days.
