As a Fullstack Engineer Pleno, you will be part of the Product Technology team, responsible for scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience to enable new achievements for our customers. You will work with various programming languages, developing solutions while ensuring functionality, maintainability, and speed, considering best practices and software testing. You will collaborate in a team environment, participating in pairing practices, providing feedback, and continuously developing your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing solutions ensuring functionality, maintainability, and speed
• Understanding the impact of team solutions on end-users
• Working in a collaborative environment with pairing practices and feedback
• Aligning technical solutions with business strategy and understanding OKRs and product initiatives

Requirements:

• Knowledge of programming languages (PHP, Laravel, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of microservices and REST APIs
• Experience with test pyramids and automated testing
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Availability to work in-person one week per month at the São Paulo headquarters

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience with messaging tools (Kafka, AWS-SQS, etc.)
• Understanding of Clean Code and design patterns
