As a Principal Engineer at Creditas, you will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's technical strategy, aligning long-term directions with business needs. You will influence decisions across multiple squads and tribes, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives. You will serve as a mentor and coach for other engineers and technical leaders, promoting continuous development of technical and leadership skills within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and ensure the implementation of complex and scalable system architectures, both in backend and frontend
• Identify new technologies, tools, and approaches that can bring competitive advantages to the company
• Address the most complex and critical technical challenges
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to ensure technical directions are always aligned with the organization's strategic goals
• Define and maintain technical and quality standards throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of back-end programming languages, including Java/Kotlin, Python, Ruby, and Go
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Advanced experience in system architecture patterns, 12 Factor principles, and other modern practices for developing scalable, resilient, and secure applications
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and solve complex problems in production environments
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with product and business teams
