Principal Engineer | Affirmative Position for Women

Creditas, a leading digital platform in Latin America, is seeking a Principal Engineer for an affirmative position for women. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction of the company across its three main ecosystems: auto, real estate, and corporate benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's technical strategy, mentoring other engineers, and addressing complex technical challenges.

The position requires advanced experience in back-end programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, and Go, as well as proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. The Principal Engineer will be expected to design and implement complex, scalable system architectures, with a strong understanding of distributed microservices, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product and business stakeholders, identifying new technologies and innovative approaches, and maintaining high technical standards across the organization. The role demands a proven ability to solve complex problems in production environments and to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
