Principal Software Engineer

The Product Technology team at Creditas is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and delivering the best experience to enable new achievements for their clients. They work with various programming languages and develop technology in-house, making it ideal for those who love challenges and problem-solving.

As a Principal Software Engineer at Creditas, you will:

• Be the main responsible for defining and executing the organization's technical strategy
• Mentor and coach other engineers and technical leaders
• Define and ensure the implementation of complex and scalable system architectures
• Identify new technologies and lead innovative practices
• Tackle the most complex technical challenges
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders
• Define and maintain technical and quality standards across the organization

Requirements:

• Advanced experience in back-end programming languages (Java/Kotlin, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.)
• Experience in complex systems architecture and distributed microservices development
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Advanced experience in system architecture patterns, 12 Factor principles, and modern practices for scalable, resilient, and secure application development
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and solve complex problems in production environments
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with product and business teams
