As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and work with modern technologies including Java, Python, Ruby, and Go. The position requires expertise in both relational and non-relational databases, messaging systems like Kafka, and a strong foundation in clean code and design patterns. You'll collaborate in a hybrid work environment, with one week per month at our São Paulo headquarters.
