The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Go, and have a strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases. Knowledge of Clean Code, design patterns, and experience with test automation are essential. Familiarity with messaging tools like Kafka and AWS-SQS, as well as concepts of Domain Driven Design, will be highly valuable.
