Staff Partner Services Engineer

Crunchyroll is seeking a Staff Partner Services Engineer to join their growing team. This role is crucial in supporting millions of anime fans worldwide by providing seamless help to partners and internal stakeholders. The position involves managing complex relationships with various partners to integrate and launch Crunchyroll experiences on smart devices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the architecture and stack for partner integrations
• Ensuring scalable and efficient content delivery
• Prototyping services as needed
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners

The ideal candidate should have:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the software industry
• Deep technical knowledge and passion for building user-centered software products
• Experience with modern JavaScript standards, web fundamentals, and cloud computing (AWS)
• Strong skills in developing reusable components and features for browser-based apps
• Expertise in Web Components or JavaScript frameworks such as React
• Experience working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
