Staff Solutions Engineer (Hybrid)

Crusoe Energy is seeking a highly skilled Staff Solutions Engineer to work closely with strategic customers deploying AI/ML workloads on Crusoe Cloud. This hands-on technical role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and AI technologies to ensure customer success. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers through deployment and optimization of AI workloads, maximizing the potential of Crusoe's platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a technical advisor to customers
• Hands-on solution development using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Supporting pre-sales and post-sales engagements
• Optimizing AI workloads for performance
• Collaborating across teams to influence Crusoe's roadmap
• Leading technical demonstrations and customer education
• Contributing to technical content for evangelizing Crusoe solutions

Ideal candidates will have:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in cloud-based applications/infrastructures, focusing on AI/ML or HPC
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and modern tools
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Professional cloud certification or equivalent experience
