Responsibilities For Staff Hardware Systems Engineer

  • Drive end-to-end hardware development process from feasibility studies to product validation and deployment
  • Design and optimize printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture decisions
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors for prototyping and manufacturing
  • Contribute to product roadmap
  • Utilize CAD tools for PCB designs
  • Conduct rigorous testing of hardware systems
  • Support integration and solution testing

Requirements For Staff Hardware Systems Engineer

  • 8+ years of experience in hardware development and testing
  • Technical expertise in hardware development
  • Strong experience with PCB layout and circuit schematic capture tools
  • Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools
  • Experience with CPU/GPU hardware and server system architecture
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
