Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer

At Crypto.com, we're seeking a Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer to join our highly experienced Security Team. This role is crucial for supporting our blockchain ecosystem, particularly focusing on Solana and expanding to others like Cronos/Cronos zkEVM. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about Web3 and blockchain technology, with hands-on experience in writing smart contracts (DApps) and staking on various blockchain networks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and managing DApps, deploying/maintaining/monitoring smart contracts in Solana/EVM
• Developing in-depth knowledge of supported blockchains
• Researching new blockchains supported by the organization
• Staying updated with software upgrades and critical blockchain changes
• Sharing blockchain/DApps knowledge with internal teams
• Troubleshooting blockchain-specific alerts and issues

Requirements:

• Strong client service skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting 24/7 applications
• Good knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and DApps
• Hands-on experience with blockchain nodes, smart contracts, staking, governance, and bridges
• Knowledge of programming languages like Rust, Solidity, Javascript, Node.js, Python
• Experience with technical documentation
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Adaptability to varying work conditions
• Good communication skills in English
