The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Java programming experience, preferably with background in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, or Exchanges. Responsibilities For Senior Java Developer (Exchange - Middle Back Office)
- Design, develop and implement products and solutions for derivatives exchange platform using micro-services
- Work with product management team to optimize existing or develop new models/products/algorithms
- Participate in code audit, test and release
- Build rapidly deployable system with automated testing, CI/CD
- Identify and solve back-end infrastructure problems
- Analyze and solve cross-stack problems
- Work with security team to build high security and scalable infrastructure
- Manage code and function implementation documents
- Collaborate with DevOps team to upgrade and improve technology stack
Requirements For Senior Java Developer (Exchange - Middle Back Office)
- 5+ years experience programming in Java
- Preferred experience at Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications
- Experience with TDD methodology and automated testing
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Open to challenges and eager to learn
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Derivative product experience is a plus
