Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer in the Perform product team, you'll help create transformative, people-first performance reviews that are easy to use and manage. You'll be involved in the entire process of bringing features from conception to production, leading medium to large initiatives to shape and impact the team's deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing software for web applications securely and consistently
• Working in a cross-functional environment with product designers, managers, and data engineers
• Finding and driving improvements in system architecture and technology
• Contributing to team culture and mentoring other engineers

Required skills:

• Proficiency in Ruby/Rails (or other backend languages/frameworks) and Typescript/React
• Experience building data-intensive systems
• Strong knowledge of modern web application design and development patterns
• Experience mentoring other engineers
