Senior Engineer - Survey Design

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Survey Design team within the Engage Camp. This role is crucial in shaping the survey design experience in our Engagement product, enabling companies globally to build science-backed surveys and support leaders in creating a better work environment.

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Drive technical conversations and make decisions
• Develop features from conception to production
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and proper monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Work on key initiatives like building a centralized library of curated questions and revamping the survey design experience

You should have:

• Strong programming skills (Ruby or Kotlin preferred)
• Experience with Frontend languages (React/Next.js advantageous)
• Knowledge of Postgres, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
• AWS experience, CDK, and CI/CD skills
