Description For Software Engineer

Culture Amp is seeking a Software Engineer to join their mission of creating a better world of work. As part of the Ingest and Enrich team, you'll work on key features within a distributed architecture, focusing on providing internal teams with external data from HRIS systems and enriching it for the entire platform.

You'll collaborate with talented engineers in a remote-friendly, flexible work environment. Your responsibilities include building end-to-end features, crafting durable code, and participating in team rituals to grow the engineering culture.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience working on complex systems, curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to growth. Familiarity with technologies like Go, Ruby, AWS, and Kafka is beneficial, but not required.
