Staff Engineer - Design System

This role involves leading the technical vision and strategy for Kaizen, their in-house design system. You'll work with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, driving continuous improvements to design system tooling and processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in web platform fundamentals, modern JavaScript frameworks (especially React), and experience building large-scale JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
