Flight Test Engineer

We're seeking a Flight Test Engineer to join our innovative team in El Segundo, California. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience in safety-critical testing, with a strong focus on autonomous and remotely piloted systems. You'll be responsible for end-to-end test ownership, from planning to execution and reporting, while working with complex electronic warfare systems. This position requires strong Python programming skills and willingness to travel internationally.

We offer a competitive compensation package starting from $135,000 to $172,500, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, and stock options.
