Responsibilities For Operations Engineer

  • End-to-end ownership of tests and demonstrations, including planning, execution and reporting
  • Creating, reviewing, and automating procedures for building, testing and operating electronic warfare systems
  • Reviewing data of complex systems to drive root cause analysis and process improvement
  • Interfacing with U.S. and allied military customers
  • Traveling to and attending test on bases/ranges
  • Handling people and equipment logistics for frequent remote demonstrations

Requirements For Operations Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python
  • 2-5 years of experience in safety critical testing
  • Must be willing travel >25% of the time both nationally and internationally
  • Valid US or ITAR-approved country passport
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance)
  • Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
