Cloud API Developer - Europe

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced software engineer based in Europe to monitor and protect data as it flows through cloud applications such as Google Drive, Office 365, Dropbox, Box, etc. This role is part of extending the product from covering pure endpoint actions to also cover actions performed in cloud services. As one of the first engineers to develop the cloud services part, you'll be responsible for researching API feasibility and seamlessly integrating with the existing endpoint-oriented product.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building connectors in Golang using Rest APIs to monitor and protect data in cloud applications at scale
• Developing functionality end-to-end, from early specification to testing and monitoring
• Researching APIs provided by cloud services and identifying integration potential
• Collaborating with product management on specifications and scheduling
• Implementing defensive coding, logging, and monitoring for risk mitigation
• Building out and leading a team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of backend code development experience
• 2+ years of experience using Rest APIs from relevant SaaS providers at scale
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed system design
• Experience with Linux
• Based in Europe with availability to communicate with teams in Central European and US Eastern time zones
