IT Infrastructure Engineer

Danaos Shipping, a world-leading containership management services provider, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Piraeus, Greece. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on server environments and networking. Your role will involve installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT systems, managing VMware environments, and ensuring the stability of Windows-based systems. You'll work with both on-premises infrastructure and shipboard systems, making this a unique opportunity to apply IT expertise in the maritime industry.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in VMware environments, Windows administration, and networking principles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Experience in maritime IT systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
