Responsibilities For Data Engineer (Global)

  • Lead data infrastructure development and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Build and enhance Dandy's data platform for organization-wide data-driven decision-making
  • Own the entire lifecycle of data pipelines from collection to delivery
  • Drive adoption of best practices for data engineering, documentation, and testing
  • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Optimize and maintain data workflows for reliability and efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes

Requirements For Data Engineer (Global)

Python
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Proficient in Python, Airflow/Dagster, DBT, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience in productionizing data workflows
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Must be based in a timezone within 3 hours of New York
  • Experience with building production-ready data systems
  • Knowledge of data pipeline optimization and monitoring
