Electrical Inspector Engineer

Dangote Group is seeking an Electrical Inspector Engineer to join their DCP - Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Obajana, Kogi, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reducing the rate of electrical equipment failures to achieve MTBF targets and ensuring equipment reliability through vibration, temperature, and shock pulse monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting first-level plant inspections using sensory observations
• Collecting and trending vibration, shock pulse, and temperature data to monitor equipment health
• Performing thermographic studies of critical electrical equipment
• Raising maintenance notifications in SAP for any abnormalities detected during monitoring and inspection
• Conducting motor online and offline testing, with working knowledge of PDMA MCE max Tester
• Making downtime entries on ADAP

The successful candidate will have:

• HND / B. Eng in Electrical Engineering
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Cement Industry
