Software Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command. The role involves maintaining and sustaining ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Code development and deployment for software version releases
• Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging application software
• Conducting analysis and collaborating with subject matter experts
• Supporting system integration, test, development, and execution
• Developing technical solutions to complex problems
• Troubleshooting systems and coordinating with other engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree)
• Experience in C/C++, Java, Python, and FORTRAN
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• An active Secret security clearance
• US Citizenship

Desired qualifications include experience with real-time embedded software for ground-based radar, leading Agile teams, and knowledge of strategic warning and surveillance systems.
