Software Engineer, ActiveAI Security Portal (TypeScript & JavaScript)

As a Software Engineer within the ActiveAI Security portal team, you will be responsible for developing robust authentication flows, advancing product-to-product communication, and building plugins. You'll contribute to rapid prototyping of new ideas, improve existing products and platforms, and investigate our unique methodology in defending against unknown cyber-attacks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to rapid prototyping of innovative ideas
• Improving performance and competencies of existing products and platforms
• Investigating and furthering our unique methodology in defending against unknown cyber-attacks

Required skills and experience:

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience writing code in a production environment
• Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team
• Knowledge or interest in cyber-security / malware forensics
• Experience with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems
• Familiarity with Docker
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments (beneficial)

Additional beneficial skills:

• Experience with Python and Rust

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
