Description For Desktop Support Engineer - Sydney - Fixed Term

Datacom is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a 12-month, full-time fixed-term contract in Sydney. The role involves providing excellent technical support in a high-paced environment, assisting new users with IT hardware setup, ensuring equipment is deployment ready, and managing customer infrastructure. Key responsibilities include recording customer contacts, meeting SLAs, and driving service improvements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of various IT equipment, and the ability to prioritize work effectively. This position requires Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
