As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be integral to supporting development and operations teams in enhancing software delivery processes. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Manila, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and no graveyard shifts despite the APAC focus. You'll work with modern technologies including Azure cloud platforms, various programming languages, and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Octopus, and Github Actions.

Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer
- Delivering on an 'automation first' culture to enhance customer experience
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support the management of hybrid infrastructure and services
- Maintain and develop inhouse DevOps management services
- Help maintain documentation for processes, systems, and configurations
- Participate in on-call rotations for production systems
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices
- Assist in implementing security best practices within DevOps processes
Requirements For DevOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with hybrid platforms, on-premises and cloud (such as Azure)
- Basic scripting skills in Powershell, Bash, or similar
- Experience in C#, Javascript and SQL, windows forms and web development
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
