Responsibilities For Integration Engineer

  • Set up workstations with computers and peripheral devices
  • Install images from USB and using SCCM or external networks
  • Check computer hardware functionality
  • Install and configure software according to Client's specifications
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Maintain records/logs of machine/devices requiring Asset Tag recording
  • Maintain and Update Documentation
  • Liaise with Warehouse to ensure optimized delivery of end product

Requirements For Integration Engineer

Linux
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware
  • Knowledge of internet applications, networks and operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Certification as Integration Technician or IT managed services experience (preferred)
