Senior AWS Developer - Contract

Datacom is seeking a Senior AWS Developer for a contract role based in New Zealand. The position is part of the Professional Services, Digital Engineering, and App Integration department. As a Senior Developer, you'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software for local, networked, cloud-based, or Internet-related computer programs. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications software, working with team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements, and adhering to standard processes and procedures. The role requires 5+ years of development experience, strong AWS experience, advanced SQL and Python skills for JSON manipulation, experience with JSON ETL manipulation of large objects, and familiarity with the Snowflake platform. Additional desired skills include 7+ years in Software Development, experience with AWS tools, Aurora Databases, Airflow, Astronomer, Pipelines, and prior banking experience.
