Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (PeopleSoft)

1. Performing detailed manual testing of PeopleSoft modules, particularly Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
2. Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
3. Designing comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, cases, and scripts.
4. Managing defects using tools like JIRA and collaborating with development teams.
5. Providing mentorship to junior QA engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
7. Generating and analyzing test reports, offering insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in manual testing techniques, extensive experience with automation tools, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools is also required.
