As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, and customizing developed systems software and firmware for customers. You will operate Datacom's technical infrastructure, including corporate hardware and software, and provide corporate systems for the Datacom Business. Your role involves proactive and reactive support services to maintain the availability, reliability, and security of our customers' core infrastructure. You'll engage with clients, manage your workload, follow ITIL service delivery framework, meet SLAs, and contribute to service development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing global customer support and collaborating with colleagues
• Managing open tickets and ensuring appropriate support until closure
• Following ITIL service delivery framework processes
• Meeting SLAs and escalating when necessary
• Contributing to service development
• Continuously developing knowledge, skills, and certifications

Technical skills required:

• Azure O365 technical skills
• VMWare ESXi
• Storage
• Advanced Active Directory
• SSL Certificate Knowledge
• Current Microsoft operating systems
• Azure and AWS cloud knowledge

Desirable skills:

• PowerShell

• Security
• Backups knowledge
