Description For SOE Engineer

This role focuses on managing and optimizing endpoint systems for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical excellence. Responsibilities For SOE Engineer

  • Maintain and upgrade environment configurations including user policies, device policies, and security policies
  • Manage enterprise grade endpoint management platforms (Intune/SCCM)
  • Provide maintenance of deployed desktop operating system images
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation
  • Perform upgrades on hardware and operating systems
  • Assist with projects as required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with timely and professional responses
  • Identify service improvements and cost reductions

Requirements For SOE Engineer

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM and Intune)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory – Group Policy Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and W365
  • Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
  • Experience with Windows 10 task sequencing and end point configuration
  • Exceptional knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Experience with enterprise scale software deployments
  • Extensive experience in SOE migrations and implementation
  • Must be an AU Citizen and able to obtain a baseline clearance
