SOE Engineer

Datacom, a leading IT professional services provider in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a SOE Engineer to join their Endpoint Engineering team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing endpoint systems for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and technical excellence.

The position involves working with enterprise-grade endpoint management platforms, handling system configurations, and implementing best practices for customer environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies, including SCCM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop, along with excellent scripting abilities.

As a SOE Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and upgrading environment configurations, managing operating system images, and ensuring high-quality documentation.
