Support Developer - Data & Analytics

Datacom is seeking a Support Developer with a passion for data and troubleshooting to join their team. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining critical data warehousing and ETL artifacts that drive the organization's data capabilities. The Support Developer will provide operational support in a dynamic BAU environment, ensuring smooth and efficient data processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting standard DW/ETL artifacts
• Providing solutions to complex problems and working with various data types
• Performing SQL queries and designing, coding, testing, and aggregating results
• Maintaining and supporting the enterprise data/reporting platform
• Assisting Datacom users with the data/reporting platform
• Increasing business confidence in data accuracy and reliability

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent SQL skills
• Knowledge of financial environments and Financial ERP systems
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage diverse issues and evaluate various factors
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex reporting environments
• Extensive knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts
