Systems Engineer

Datacom is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role is part of the Asia, Technical Services, and Platform Engineering department, based in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience in unified communications, security infrastructure, and various Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

1. Experience with unified communications and security infrastructure
2. Knowledge of virtualization/hypervisor technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Citrix
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange (on-premise, Exchange Online Protection, Exchange Hybrid, and Exchange Online, preferably Exchange 2019/Office 365)
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender
5. ITIL v3 or v4 certification is preferred
6. Ability to work in BGC Taguig and adhere to a hybrid work setup (twice a week in-office)
