Systems Engineer

Datacom, a well-established IT services company founded in 1965 in New Zealand, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team in Manila. The Systems Engineer role is crucial for supporting Datacom's technical infrastructure, including corporate hardware and software configuration. You'll be responsible for maintaining the production environment, handling infrastructure changes through formal control processes, and responding to priority incidents. The position requires someone who can work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and maintain system performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include managing end-user software/hardware, monitoring system performance, improving endpoint operations, and providing technical support while meeting SLAs. You'll work with M365 applications, handle change requests following ITIL4 best practices, and ensure system availability and uptime.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of systems engineering experience, with advanced knowledge in Windows Desktop OS, M365 suite, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, and various security tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and enterprise-level user support experience are essential.
