Responsibilities For Systems Engineer (VMware)

  • Install, support and customize developed systems software and firmware for customers
  • Operate Datacom's technical infrastructure including corporate hardware and software
  • Provide proactive and reactive support services to maintain availability, reliability & security
  • Manage own workload and provide constant proactive support
  • Follow predefined processes around the ITIL service delivery framework
  • Manage and support tickets till closure
  • Work to meet SLAs
  • Contribute to the development of services
  • Continuously develop and update knowledge, skills & certifications
