Analytics Engineer Intern

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer Intern to join our technical team dedicated to backend pricing. As an Analytics Engineer, your main mission will be to design, industrialize, and optimize data ingestion flows to enable efficient and reliable large-scale data analysis. You will play a key role in creating automated data pipelines, ensuring the transformation, ingestion, and availability of data for analytical teams.

This role is at the heart of the data infrastructure, where you will actively participate in building scalable data solutions to manage large volumes of transactional, product, inventory, and other data. You will collaborate with data engineering and backend development teams to ensure that data pipelines are robust, performant, and ready for analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, automate, and industrialize data ingestion flows from various sources (databases, APIs, files) to our analytical systems.
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of data pipelines to manage large volumes of transactional data on our e-commerce platform.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of ingestion pipelines so that data science and business intelligence teams can access quality data.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data integration processes (ETL/ELT) and ensure their efficiency.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of ingested data quality by developing control and monitoring mechanisms to detect anomalies or performance issues.

Required Skills:

• Good command of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT tools.
• Knowledge of database management and experience with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark, dbt).
• Understanding of data warehousing architectures (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery) and cloud data flows (AWS, GCP).
