Senior DevOps Engineer - Customer Growth (f/m/d)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Customer Growth team at Decathlon Digital, you'll be part of a critical domain responsible for the seamless authentication and identification of over 250 million customers across 70 countries. You'll join a tight-knit Ops team of 6 experienced professionals, reporting to Michael Malbezin.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining Kubernetes platforms worldwide
• Ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and observability of infrastructures
• Proposing and implementing new technical solutions
• Mentoring less experienced team members
• Supporting other teams in using infrastructure and tools
• Taking a technical leadership role in ambitious projects
• Participating in on-call duty (24/7, one week per month)

Requirements:

• Solid experience as an Ops/DevOps engineer
• Advanced knowledge in ensuring operational excellence on Kubernetes platforms
• Expertise in GCP environments (AWS, Ali cloud are a plus)
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Interest in Site Reliability Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Strong teaching and teamwork skills
• Technical leadership and convictions
