Planning Engineer

Decima International is seeking a driven and capable Planning Engineer to support the development of multiple Datacenter projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role involves complex aspects of planning and scheduling, including change management, scheduled maintenance, and multi-project resource management.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing strong client relationships and communicating with technical and management-level personnel
• Preparing and presenting PowerPoint decks on progress, findings, and recommendations
• Creating work breakdown structures, CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules
• Performing resource analyses and updating schedules
• Implementing earned value systems and identifying project risks
• Conducting what-if and delay analyses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and technical skills
