IT Engineer

As an IT Engineer at Deel, you will:

• Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT's services growth objectives.
• Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
• Build, develop, and enhance device management services for sale to a global customer base.
• Lead technical support for the Sales team, key stakeholders, and customer base.
• Manage, deploy, configure, and refresh devices at Deel.

Requirements:

• Significant exposure working with and managing Mac & Windows estates.
• Strong experience with mobile device management platforms (MDM) like Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
• Great working knowledge of IT security.
• Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users.
