Description For IT Support Engineer

Deel IT is redefining the way organizations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. As an IT Support Engineer at Deel, you'll be part of a pioneering tech startup offering best-of-breed SaaS solutions for the deployment and lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment globally.

You'll work in an expert team to achieve device and IT services growth objectives, build and enhance Deel IT device management services, provide technical support for the Sales team and customer base, and deploy, configure, and refresh devices for Deel IT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working as part of an expert team to achieve device and IT services growth objectives
  • Building, developing, and enhancing Deel IT device management services
  • Providing technical support for the Sales team and customer base
  • Deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices for Deel IT

The ideal candidate is a solutions hunter, team player, technically minded, competent communicator, and methodical and focused. You should have experience with Mac & Windows estate management, interest in mobile device management platforms (MDM), application packaging and deployment, and good working knowledge of IT security.

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Linux
  • Experience working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate
  • Interest in working with mobile device management platforms (MDM) like Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud
  • Interest in application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows
  • Good working knowledge of IT security
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
