Responsibilities For Lead SQL Developer
- Lead the Report Engineering Development team
- Implement development best practices
- Oversee development of customized reports from databases
- Drive latest best practices and technologies for reporting and analytics
- Implement DevExpress / SSRS reporting
- Work with Business, HODs, Product Owners and Technical Management
- Ensure work estimation accuracy and clear communication
- Participate in Agile Scrum team activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base
- Ensure customer excellence and service standards
Requirements For Lead SQL Developer
- Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Management Studio
- Knowledge of modern relational databases and best practices
- Experience with SSRS / DevExpress Reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to gather requirements from internal and external clients
- Experience in documenting SQL development projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
- Experience in analyzing data and troubleshooting database issues
